Although we are extremely sure about the machines we manufacture, we are aware that some random events may cause a failure requiring repair. We also know that due to various agrotechnical dates, it is extremely important to remove such a defect as soon as possible. SMELA's factory warranty service guarantees removal of the max. 48h after her speech throughout the country. Service requests are accepted by telephone and e-mail. We recommend, however, in the case of a very urgent repair of the machine, contact only by telephone.
In addition, the service:
- Performs post-warranty repairs
- Participates in the commissioning of a newly purchased machine at the user
- Serves technical consultancy in the scope of use and repair.
The warranty period for all components of the aggregate is 2 years.*
*Does not apply to fast-wearing parts such as plowshares, plates and sowing devices (1 year warranty)
